When you contact RichFolds, you may provide your name, email address, company information and project details. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or deliver requested services.
Analytics cookies
RichFolds asks before enabling optional first-party analytics. If you accept, the site stores rf_analytics_id for up to 180 days and records the page path, referrer domain, timestamp and a one-way anonymous visitor hash. Raw IP addresses, names, email addresses and user-agent strings are not stored for analytics.
Your cookie choice
The necessary rf_cookie_consent cookie remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics for up to 180 days. Rejecting analytics prevents page-view tracking. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How analytics data is used
Analytics data is used only to understand site traffic, identify useful pages and improve website performance. It is not used for advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking, and is automatically removed after 180 days.
Storage and sharing
Enquiry and client information is retained only as long as needed for communication, legal obligations and service delivery. Information is shared with service providers only when necessary to operate the business or deliver agreed work.
