Goals

1. AI-Assisted Productivity & Delivery Time Improvement
Improve task delivery time by using AI tools in my development workflow.

Improved my development efficiency in CRO page template implementation by using AI support for complex raw HTML and UI related tasks. This helped me handle tricky UI requirements faster compared to manual implementation and improved overall delivery speed.  (75%)

2.AI-Based Funnel Drop-Off Analysis (10%)

Develop an application to analyze user drop-off points in signup or checkout flows using AI-driven insights.
Focus on identifying user behavior patterns and suggesting optimization opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.

Started exploring analytics and heatmap data to understand user behavior and identify drop-off points in signup/checkout flows. Based on this analysis, initiated planning for an AI-driven application to derive insights for improving conversion rates and user experience. However, implementation is currently on hold due to limited access and credentials, along with dependency on tools.

3. Deep Dive into a Modern UI Framework (60%)
Learn and build one complete project using React + Tailwind CSS or Vue.js + Vuetify.

I have learned a lot during this period, including gaining hands-on understanding of the React framework. However, I have not yet been able to apply it in a separate project, as I am currently involved in working on a CMS that covers multiple platforms.

When I get the opportunity, I plan to demonstrate my skill set through a dedicated project.

4. Develop and launch a custom WordPress plugin (100%)
Goal: Develop a custom WordPress plugin that extends page-building functionality using ACF or Carbon Fields.
Focus: Create reusable layout sections and custom field groups to simplify content management.
Outcome: A fully functional plugin with 2–3 flexible modules, integrated into a live WordPress site.

I have developed a WordPress plugin that works as a page builder. However, due to compliance and policy-related concerns, we are currently unable to publish it on the WordPress plugin marketplace.

Because of this complaint policy issue, the project has been paused from public release and is currently kept in draft mode. The plugin is still working properly and is running successfully on my local machine.

5.Image Optimizer Application (90%)
Build an image optimizer application and enhance its development using AI tools for assistance in implementation and improvement. Rework and complete my previously started project with better structure, performance, and usability.

Successfully developed and reviewed an internal image optimization tool, and it is functioning as expected. The tool has been validated for its core features and performance, and is ready for broader team usage.
